Ariel and Richard spent a day on the lower Kennebec River, thanks to our friends at Kennebec River Outfitters for booking the trip. Ariel a fishing guide from Florida, originally from Argentia and Richard from fairfield decided to take some time off to give the Kennebec a shot. We were shooting for salmon and brook trout in the morning,and did get some nice brookies and a few salmon into the boat. In the afternoon the water came up and so did the smallmouth bass. We caught a ton of fish, at one point every other cast produced a fish. Ariel landed this one towards the end of the Day. Great trip for all of us.
