we were on the river last Monday for a 1/2 day trip booked with the help of Northern Outdoors. We hosted a lovely couple from the Boston area looking for a half day fishing adventure and we managed to give them just that. We caught both salmon and smallmouth bass on the lower Kennebec...salmon are moving up river and the bass seemed to be harder that usual to find, fall is here.
We had a great morning.
