Kennebec River Angler and Grey's Outfitting (greysoutfitting.com) have teamed up this year to offer Cast and Blast adventures in the Upper Kennebec River Valley. Catch large colorful brook trout and landlock salmon on streamers in the morning, then switch gears and hunt for grouse and woodcock over well trained pointing dogs in the afternoon. We regularly see between 20 to 30 flushes on an afternoon hunt. Combine some great fishing on the Kennebec River and some unbeliveable upland hunting, with unmatched accomodations provided by Northern Outdooors, (northernoutdoors.com), and you have yourself one heck of a trip.
As for the guy in the picture...Rusty from GA, spent 2 days with us. On day one he saw 52 flushes, shot his first grouse and limited out on woodcock. Day two, a 1/2 day hunt, Rusty saw 32 flushes, 25 grouse and 7 woodcock. A couple great days spent outdoors. Give us a call.
